Eric Lapointe

For more than 30 years, Eric has built, structured and scaled innovative ventures — as an entrepreneur, as CEO and COO of venture- and private-equity-backed technology companies, and as a strategic advisor to large organizations.

Along the way, he learned that an organization's lasting performance depends first on the people who lead it. That conviction led him to coaching: supporting executives and leadership teams so they gain clarity, strengthen their leadership and accelerate their company's growth.

An investor and chartered director, Eric serves on boards and teaches strategy and innovation at HEC Montréal. He approaches every engagement with rigor, integrity and a genuine understanding of a leader's challenges.
